Togo: STEP Sustainability at Three Universities

Description of the Project:

The project aims to establish the STEP Training as an extracurricular offering to students at three universities, the International Language & Business School (ISLA), École Supérieure d’Informatique et de Gestion (ESEG), and the Université de Kara. We started the project with developing a version of the training that is specific to the country and context, and trained lecturers from all three universities in Lomé, Togo during a Training-of-Trainers (ToT) workshop.

The implementation of the STEP Training will put a special emphasis on sustainable business creation and will also be accompanied by an impact evaluation. Through the capacitation of local project master trainers, we will also ensure the long-term implementation of the training at the participating institutions.
